- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I switched insurance carriers a few months ago, and could not be happier with American Family! They made my insurance transition VERY easy! The entire staff is personable and knowledgeable! It is VERY obvious they strive to go above and beyond to best help their clients needs! My insurance agent was thorough in his work from start to finish and even meet with me based on my time availability. He took ample time to understand what insurance coverage I found necessary and important to my current life situation along with my belongings and loved ones, then applied his expertise to what he saw fit. Since initially signing my policy paperwork, he has reached out to communicate with me and help me with a few questions I needed answered as well as informing me of an insurance update that he thought would be beneficial to my insurance needs. In addition to saving me money per month, I feel EXTREMELY comfortable knowing my insurance policy and agent will keep me safe.
