- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I think I've been to so many stereotypical "old man" dentists that I was pleasantly surprised with a female dentist's office. Dr. Gina was more thorough when fixing my permanent retainer than any other dentist I've been to. I love the the massaging chairs and the fact that appointments are longer than other dentist offices offer and you're not rushed through a half hour cleaning because the next patient is waiting. I also appreciate the family-friendly atmosphere and was able to have my son start his dentist experiences, although brief, at age 2 while on my husband's lap. I recommend Dr. Gina to other parents that want to meet their family's dental needs all in one place!June 27, 2017by Justine Haima
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I like the dentist but the person at the front desk is not a nice person. I noted a harshness on the phone while scheduling an appointment with the receptionist but thought it may have been a bad day for her. Having made the appointment and showing up to have the work done, I was told I didn't have an appointment. I rescheduled for the following day and this appointment was cancelled the day of the appointment. My wife had her cleaning appointment cancelled a week before her appointment. We decided to go to a different dentist and my wife contacted Ostrand to have our records sent to a new dentist. The receptionist told my wife they had not received the records from her previous dentist even though at a previous time the receptionist said she had received them. My wife called her previous dentist again and found out they had sent all records to Ostrand some time ago. The Ostrand receptionist lied or was too lazy to look them up or to send them. I think Gina Ostrand is a good dentist but the person at the front desk is killing her business.December 03, 2016by Jay Hofkamp
